How long is the duration of the project?
We are estimating within 4 weeks period from the designing to the keys handing over.
What are the payment methods?
We accept credit card or debit card. Online transfer and cheque are also accepted.
Can I choose my style or design?
Absolutely. We have a wide range of styles that you can choose from and we will tailor to your needs.
Can I still do interior designing for my property if I have low budget?
Yes, we offer a variety of Interior Design packages suiting your budget.
Is designing services included in the package?
Yes, the price are include designing services, furnitures, raw materials, manpowers and transportation.
If I dont want to take package, can I custom design my property?
Of course. After consultation, estimated quotation and moodboard will be prepared before we kick-off the project.
Do I have to monitor the site for progress?
No, our project manager will monitor the site and follow up with the contractors. You don’t have to hassle, we will ensure everything is perfect for you. We will provide a milestone update.*
What is your payment scheme?
Clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% from the full amount. The last 50% including 10% of contingency will be paid before the keys are handed over.
Can i get a free consultation?
At Iconic Interior, we do not charge clients consultation and site visits.
I would like to design my kitchen only, is that possible?
Yes absolutely. You may choose our services whether to design your whole property or just specific areas in your house such as the kitchen and bedroom.
